Hello, my name is Samantha Merrill, however you may call me Sam. I am the owner/operator of Squeaky Clean Detailing. My shop is located at 1002 1/2 Pony Express Highway in Marysville, Kansas right beside C&C Auto. I can generally be reached at the shop Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. I am very flexible with my hours due to customer demand and will open as early as 6:00 a.m. and as late as 10:00 p.m. My hours are posted on the shop door.
I have been in the professional cleaning business since June of 1989. I operated a commercial and residential cleaning company in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area from 1989 to March 2001. During those 11 years I managed approximately 55-63 monthly accounts. I cleaned private homes and rental properties during the day and commercial businesses during the evening hours. In April 2001, I moved to Grand Junction, Colorado with my husband Brad Merrill. While in Colorado I ran my business there as well. Within four months I had established myself through word of mouth and grew that business up to 32 accounts. In March 2002 Brad and I moved back to Brad's hometown of Blue Rapids after his father's unexpected death. The summer of 2003 I began detailing vehicles and have been doing that ever since. I really enjoy cleaning and find it very rewarding to see how excited a person gets after seeing how clean their vehicle is after I have had it for about 8 hours. I enjoy seeing people happy and proud so that's why I do what I do.
The name of my business has remained the same throughout all these years because of my grandmother. She came up with and designed the name, logo and emblem and I have used them ever since. The only thing that has changed is Cleaners to Detailing.
God and Family are the most important things to me and both come before any business I have managed or operated. So don't be offended while you are visiting my awesome shop to hear uplifting music in the background. You will always find a pot of coffee on, a comfortable chair and a friendly smile to greet you so come on by. I look forward to cleaning your vehicle or just having a cup of coffee. OR BOTH!!
